Eiji Yoshida

Partner
  • Lawyer (Kobe office)

Eiji Yoshida’s main areas of practice are corporate law, contracts, debt recovery, labour law, insolvency and private law, as well as disputes related to religious corporations and their internal management. Eiji believes that the greatest objective of a lawyer’s duty is to remove the obstacles and uncertainties from the client’s business or life and turn them into opportunities. He understands that the results produced depend not only upon a lawyer’s legal knowledge and experience, but also how well the lawyer understands the client’s circumstances, objectives and mindset, and the amount of effort the lawyer exerts. A lawyer’s work is not successful unless it provides satisfaction and reassurance to the client. Therefore, Eiji is committed to providing polite and timely advice and working in a manner that leaves no regrets.
