Yoko Imai’s practice is centred around family law (including divorce, inheritance, drafting and executing wills, adult guardianship and the administration of assets), general civil law (including providing advice regarding real estate, finance and contracts) and bankruptcy trusteeship. Yoko also provides support to corporate clients through the provision of training seminars on preventing workplace harassment and advising on the establishment and operation of internal whistle-blowing systems.
